This yummy offering makes for a perfect celebration cake. With a fluffy light genoise sponge, then subtly flavoured with a delicious, freshly made pistachio French buttercream and fresh raspberries, before being covered in pink and green chocolate ganache drip that cascades like a waterfall down the cake.

To finish, it’s crowned with an abundance of pistachio and raspberries macarons, fresh flowers and chocolate decorations.
