Strawberry Cake – 8 inches

This summery offering makes for a perfect celebration cake. With a fluffy light vanilla and zingy lemon sponge, then subtly flavoured with a delicious, freshly made strawberry and lemon French buttercream (using fresh vanilla pods), before being covered in a white chocolate ganache drip that cascades like a waterfall down the cake.

To finish, it’s crowned with an abundance of juicy ripe strawberries and raspberries.
