Our bespoke, handcrafted macaron cake is simply exquisite, and always freshly baked to order with the highest-quality ingredients. Made of three layers of lusciously light angel sponge with a subtle flavour of prosecco infused peaches throughout, it’s truly delectable. 

Filled with sumptuous Italian peach buttercream and poached white peaches in prosecco and covered with an elegant ganache peach and rose gold drip. To finish, the cake is adorned with handmade French macarons and meringues, juicy fresh berries and topped lavishly with sprinkles.

The perfect choice as a heavenly to look at birthday cake, or as a crowd-pleasing celebration cake on a summer’s night. Whatever the special occasion may be, it makes a wonderful centrepiece.
