Our stunning gourmet French cake is almost cloud-like in its lightness, making it the perfect centrepiece for dinners or celebrations on long summer days or evenings.

Made with gorgeously airy angel vanilla sponge, the two layers are generously filled with just as light freshly made French cream (known as “crème mousseline”) and in-season strawberries, before being garnished with a beautiful array of berries and cream.
